1.  No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2.  Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where the report cannot be delivered due to a system failure or our internal error, we may consider issuing a full refund. This will be at our sole discretion.
